Mango consignment not delivered by ontrain logistics

On 13.06.2026 i have sent  2 carats of mangos from kolkata to chennai which was own consumption , vide on train logistics.

on 16.06.2026 i was suppose to get the consignment, my person went several times to the Ontrain logistic office but he was asked to come in the evening whereas he was suppose to give the consignment at morning. afternoon when we contacted there office the men in charge there said that your consignment was by mistake given to someone else and said it was mistakenly happened , and also said that the other person mango carat is with us , you can take it.. this is such unjustic why should i take somebody else goods.

the Ontrain person is not willing to listen and said it is human error and cannot do anything.

the total value for my Mangos where 6000 + courier 1160 total 7160..

they are avoiding and not replying to us
