I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding the rented DrinkPrime water purifier installed at my premises, which I have been using for the last 3+ years.
Since 17 June 2026, I have been facing a serious issue with the purifier’s water dispensing function. The purifier is not dispensing water correctly, and this has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily use.
I raised a service request with customer care, but the support process has been extremely difficult and time-consuming because of the chatbot-based system. After repeated effort, a service ticket was finally raised, and a technician visited on 5 [month/day if needed]. However, the service personnel informed me that the issue cannot be resolved under that ticket and that I must raise another ticket because he did not have the required device or support for the resolution.
Despite repeated attempts, customer support has been reluctant to properly listen to the issue or provide a clear resolution. The problem remains unresolved even though it affects the basic functioning of the rented purifier. I also note that emergency service support appears to have been discontinued, which has made the situation worse.
I request the following immediate action:
Immediate resolution of the water dispensing issue.
A single coordinated service visit without forcing me to raise multiple tickets.
Restoration of proper customer support for urgent service issues.
Compensation or waiver of rental charges for the period during which the purifier remains unusable, if applicable.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer forum and other legal remedies available to me.
Please treat this complaint as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.
