Complaint regarding Airtel security

I am airtel postpaid user and I cover my iPhone handset with airtel security. I pay monthly 79/- in my bill .
Now my phone is damage so I request for claim now they are asking me u have to inform in 48 hours. And I mailed to airtel at next day after damage they takes. A week in documents. Now I provided all documents now they asking we are sorry we don’t accept ur claim. U have to inform in 48 hour. So I need solution for the same.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
