Complaint regarding disconnection by Act broadband

Act disconnected even after payment now refuses it has received payment. Value: 1650.82. I have paid act fibrenet bill on 16 th august 2018 by UPI payment act people are denying payment ,but it has been checked by my bank more than 10 times and they have confirmed sucessfull transaction,my connection has been disconnected since 19 th august and now every day act people call me up and harass me for bill payment.
