Complaint regarding false charges by Zoomcar

I have booked Tata Tiago on zoomcars from 6pm – 12am. We arrived at pickup spot at 7pm and the car wasn’t available.The staff over there were also rude and don’t know anything about company’s policies. They haven’t provided ordered car at correct time.They are not able to cancel my order. They are not able to reschedule. However we got the car at 9.30 pm After calling customer care they have extended our time by one hour.
We have checked the car for any damages and there was a damage of side mirror which we took photo including time. At the end of the ride these guys have charged me extra rs6000. They have charged rs4000 for mirror even after showing the proofs of that. They have charged rs900 extra stating excessive kilometres which we haven’t taken.
They have charged even for that extension they provided us during trouble ie rs 600 The supervisors over there are very rude. They does’t have the common sense of how to talk with customers.
