Complaint regarding faulty Panasonic mobile and service

I purchased a Panasonic mobile P85.ref WH16343 DT 09-07-2017.It had a problem of ringer volume from day one. I requested for return within the stipulated time of 10 days, as per their return policy. They did not bother to take action, then i wrote to panasonic service. they replied that i should go to serive centre. i went to service centre, where they made me sit for close to two hours, and i left the phone for repair, after following up for a month , they finally returned the phone , saying they have repaired. not giving anything in return The service centre is very downgraded. pls note i am a old lady and working, and i can’t run to service centre and spend half of my day waiting for them to attend. Now the phone has stopped working completely and not even power button is working. Pls help.
