Complaint regarding HDFC credit card

I got the call from HDFC credit card’s sales person last 2-3 months back to apply for the cards. at the time of application he said it will be life time free only you have to pay your utility bill then it will be free, and there were any declaration that I have to buy any mediclaim of HDFC. however I got the card I wanted to used to pay bill but I was not able because of my mobile no. was not updated, when I call up in there customer care service , they replied it will update within 3-4 days but even though it was not updated after many reminder then I asked to cancel the card. they said ok it will be cancell and replace by another VISA card and they force to purchase to Mediclaim I said Ok but I will purchase on the condition if my card will reaplaced as I required. they had not still change that card even now they are asking for payment of RS. 25473/- which I had not purchased. they purchased that medi claim theirsalves without my acceptance and asking for payment they are threating me day by day, how can I pay if I didn’t purchase myself any thing . kindly help me to resolve the issue.
