Uber charged thrice but not refunded full amount

On 16th May, I took a ride and paid Uber Rs.250.69 using UPI account. The next day, when i tired to book a cab, I was asked to pay for the previous ride, since the payment was not reflected in the Uber account. I paid again, still not reflecting in the uber. Even the Uber support team agreed that they received thrice, but refunded only Rs. 251 as uber credit. The remaining Rs.250.69 is still pending with them, and not properly responding for the mails and twitter DM’s.
