I have been facing issue with Jio network with it’s pathetic internet speed from past one year in my location. Almost 3-4 complaints but still no resolution. When i registered complaint on January they have closed complaint giving resolution as will improve speed within 90 days. Now its June and problem still exists. Not even a single technical team person has visited the spot. At recent complaint when asked why problem not resolved they give same reason as give us some time. I got enough with this reasoning and asked for refund. The only response i got is troubleshoot guides. They repeat this again and again but will not resolve problem nor they refund. I request you to kindly take strict action against these looters and initiate my refund.
