I gave my lenovo A536 phone on service as it was shut down and was not working at all on 21-10-2015 at lenovo service center in sec 14 gurgaon. yesterday evening i got a message from them that my phone is ready to be collected and i shall visit between 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. i went there with a friend of mine. the executive there told me to wait as he checked the office but he could not find it. he told me to wait. i waited for another 1 hour. then i asked him the status of my phone he said the man responsible is on his way and i waited for another half an hour. he didnt arrive. i took his number and called him. i told him whole problem he said i will call u in 5 mins. he didnt. i called again then he says that it will take 1 more week to repair my phone. my question was that why have you send me the message to pick up my phone then. he gave me silly excuses that our system was at fault or something or the other excuses. as a customer i have a right to get respect because i have paid for their product and services but he was very rude and illogical. i request you to take quick and extremely strict action as possible against the manager of that service center. i hope to get a positive response from the law.
