Complaint regarding Motorola G5s service

I purchased a motorola g5s+ phone in oct month .in which till date 1 time data cable change , 2 time battery change , no body listen my voice . in which certial issue in paint peel off in back side no body listen . my motorola service center job sheet no is – SOIN0960171802120002 . I told to him please replace my phone if they are issue in 5 month 4 time i visit . so request you please replace my phone .
