Complaint regarding multiple transaction charges by HDFC

I have my account in HDFC, Branch : Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. Two transactional charges were deducted from my account on the name of GST. First time, they deducted rs 17 for quarter apr-jun. On the 2nd day, they deducted rs 708 for July as stated in bank statement. I do not understand, how a single bank is deducted money on the name of GST. Multiple times, I have mailed HDFC bank regarding this issue but they are not replying.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
