Complaint regarding non-delivery by Amazon

I placed an order on 18th October 2018 on Amazon india of rs. 14,998/- for MI LED TV 4C PRO 80CM (32) HD READY ANDROID TV(BLACK) and it was suppose to be delivered by Amazon on 1st of November and 30th of october as per their courier partner Gati services.

After Multiple followups with AMAZON INDIA and their courier partner Gati Services I have not yet recieved my product.
I have also a complaint on this from Amazon , complaint no. – 5905 and a complaint to gati , complaint no- 34134520 and case no . – CS151914.

After multiple follow ups with both the parties I am not able to get my product and also none of the parties are taking responsible action towards it.

Please help me in getting my product as it has caused lot of mental harrasment/stress to me.

Product is at the nearest hub from past one week and I am not able to get it only due to irresponsible behaviour from both the parties.
