This is regarding the online purchase made by me on 07th of June 2017. I had ordered one set of Dining Table to Woodys Furniture for self use for which i had made an Online Transfer of ?17,990/- to the supplier’s bank account.(COD was not activated at that time). I had received a confirmation mail regarding the order processing & the supplier had given the delivery schedule before 07th July 2017.
From past one month, i’m keep on calling them on their customer care number regarding the status of the order, they keep on promising that the material is not available right now as it is an imported product. But it will be delivered to you within 1 week.
Even today when i had spoken to them regarding the status, but again they are asking for another week time. I would request you to look into this matter on urgent basis and register a complaint against this vendor.
I also request you to help me out for the repayment of the material which is not yet delivered.
