Complaint regarding PEDL ZoomCar

I booked a bicycle using PEDL.in from a nearby parking station. When I was done with my ride I parked it in the same parking lot and tried to end my trip. But now it’s saying that the parking is full and I have to look for a new parking station to end my trip. Now I have not been told about this condition during the booking and I do not have any parking station within 1 km range to my place. I am trying to connect the customer care for the same but there is no direct contact line for it, I have emailed my problem to them and been told to wait for 12-14 hours for the query to be answered. The problem is, they are still deducting money from my Paytm balance as the trip was not ended.
