I made an online payment for a new Airtel Broadband connection, something went wrong and the request could not be processed. I called the customer care and they asked me to raise another similar request, and the amount I paid for the first time (RS. 1000) will be refunded.

After the second request was successful, the initial advance payment of Rs.1000 was not refunded, even though I wrote an email to the Airtel team. The Bank statement with the transaction of Rs.1000 to Airtel is attached herewith.

  1. On 9 sep,15 I told to retailer aftr seeing in airtel chart to activate my net pack of Rs 299 but I didn’t received behalf on this I gt 3000 mins. I called to customer care service and told them to pay bck my money bcz dis is not my fault neither retailers fault…what was mentioned in the chart I did it. Kindly plz pay bck my money. Thanks
