Complaint regarding refund from Amazon vendor

I had bought one item: Ozeri BP2M CardioTech Premium Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor with Hypertension Color alert Technology from amazone India and the product was supplied by Booyah Chicago in the month of Feb.2016. Soon after the return period of 30 days expired the thae said BP monitor was giving inaccurate BP reading and finally it stopped giving any BP check readings and showing all parameters like BP, Pulse etc. in 8888 digits. The matter was brought to the notice of Amazone india and Booyah chicago also. after a prolonged cEmail exchanges M/s. Booyah Chicago agreed to refund the amount and asked me to return the item and I promptly returned by Speed Post on 8th September 2016 as per the instruction given to me by the seller.

It is almost a month now and every day i am calling their office located at the address P-50, G1, Pandav Nagar,Acharya Niketan,Mayur Vihar Phase-I,New delhi 110091, India and contact numbers are 011-65101543, 011-65021244 and they were giving false assrances. Finally when I called them over phone they told me that they cannot refund and return the same item back to me.

Hence i plead with you and request you to see that I get refund.
