Shilpa Parulekar of Sewree, mumbai -15, maharashtra (Email: shylpa(at)yahoo.com) ordered some goods with Allschoolstuff.com by paying advance money. Goods were delivered only in part and for the remaining goods Ms. Shilpa had been sending repeated reminders but to no avail. She posted her complaint with ICF on 09-01-2013 and finally her issue got resolved by 15-01-2013.

Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. ICF submitted the complaint to Voltas and Viveks and the defective unit was promptly replaced with a new one and properly installed on 14-06-2010.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Even after three months the customer did not get refund. He posted his complaint at ICF on 23-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got his money back on 21-12-2016.

Refund from styletag.com – Rs.3,948/-: Ms. Swati Jain of Agra, U.P (jainswati16[@]gmail.com) placed an order with styletag.com on 18-10-2014 for 5 items but received one one after one month and remaining items were not delivered. There was no response from the portal to her complaints. She posted her complaint at India Consumer Forum on 22-11-2014 and the complaint was taken up with the portal. After continuous follow-up the customer got refund by 09-12-2014.
