I would like to draw your kind attention regarding the inconvineance caused by flipkart. Recently i have ordered a xioami redmi2 on 13th june ,2015 and have succesfully recieved it on 19th june,2015. i faced few problems in the product and i requested for replacement which was successfully replaced on 19th of july. But again after few days of use more problems arised and i requested for the refund policy of flipkart which was accepted and i recieved a mail from flipkart regarding the issue which is have attested over here. According to the mail my product was supposed to be refunded upto 1st aug,2015 but no action was taken. After this i contacted to flipkart regarding the issue but now they are denying from refunding my money.

Therefore i would request you to pay heed to my issue, so that the respective authority can take scrict actions and solve my problem as soon as posible.
