A hathway broadband internet service provider contacted me for a broadband connection and i was ready for the process for a new connection, Then he took my details and made my account from it, he said to pay me rs 1343 for the new connection and the next day, a person will come for the connection, i paid it, next day the guy who came for connection said my location for new connection was not feasible, the website name is www.hathway.com.
I then contacted the sales guy he gave me a number of his GM jxxxxr, i contacted him and he talked well and saif je already initiated the refund, later after 5 days the refund was not done, then i contacted him again he says give me 5 min and doesnt call me back, i have no other option rather to comolain here
