This is regarding my cancellation of a hotel booking done for Radisson (Jaipur) for 14th Feb, 2018. I paid a total sum of Rs 8719 from my bank account . A cancellation fee of 30% was applicable and that was acceptable to me as well. But, MMT fraudently refunded only Rs 4800/- in my original mode of payment and made a credit of Rs 1754 in my MMT wallet which means nothing to me.
There is no maths which can define their logic. Using the promotion money which was already present in my wallet adding which the actual booking was 10k plus, they have converted my real money into bonus money and robbed me off Rs 2000 odd rupees for no reason. Thanks
