Jio phone bought has no hotspot nor could I use the 500mb I get daily for rs 159 recharge. It has no signal inside my house and 1 point signal outside. Its not even android as they claimed . No apps can be used other than those pre installed. Charge will drain out within 2 hrs due to bad signal.
Can’t even make voice calls. This is 4 G phone which has no use of 4 g phone. Millions of people are being cheated. And they are not giving the advance 500 back because of which I was forced to buy the phone. Is there any legal way I can see that more people are not made fools like this? The pity reason of terms and condition is not a precondition to cheat people. They haven’t given these terms when it was prebooked. Could someone help me?
