I have shifted to new rented house on Nov 8 2017 and raised a request for shifting hathway connection to my new address on Nov 12 2017. Without any info the request was closed and upon multiple follow ups the request was kept open and till date i.e. Dec 5 2017 the shifting was not yet done. I am calling customer care daily but the issue was not resolved.
On Nov 8 2017 I have renewed my hathway connection for 6 months (rupees 3180/-)and from past 25 days I am not able to access the internet as the shifting was not yet done.
Please help me in this regard to get the amount back or get the shifting done ASAP and extend the renewal to another 1 month as I lost those days without using the internet.
