Last couple of weeks I am having issue with my Internet connection provided by Spectranet. Every time i log complain and they provide me complain number. No one visited my house and their Service engineer Mr. Sxxxxl close the complain by writing that the issue is resolved and my D link router is faulty (SR1707872750.) MyCAN is 165809. Even I contacted Dlink – Bangalore and after their technical evaluation they said the issue is with Spectranet and not DLink. Every time the issue gets resolved automatically. Spectranet is not able to identify the problem and not interested in solving it. Even the customer care is not giving me the second line whom i can escalate the issue.I want you people to escalate this issue to highest authority of Spectranet. How thier team is behaving. Even they don’t care about customer.
