Complaint regarding Tikona services

I disconnected tikona conection last year in june and full bill submited in 10th october there is connection in tikona box and router andall wire connection are diattached . they harrased me for bill you use tikona service presently without using tiona services monthly they chared up bill please help me regarding this harashment.
