I had taken phone worth Rs.23600 in Nov’17 from Vijay Sales Janakpuri which was converted to EMI. I had given HDFC bank cheque for EMI billing immediately I realized I have closed said account thus given SBI cheque. Still my EMI was billed in HDFC bank which got bounced due to account closed. Later I had started receiving calls from Bajaj wherein despite telling them complete issue they were only forcing to pay through other modes but were not resolving the issue. Thus I told them I wont pay until my issue is resolved.

Post same one recovery person visited with ECS form, which I had filled along with cancelled cheque of SBI bank. I had also given EMI payment through cheque and 1st EMI through PAYTM. Said agent assured now onwards EMI will be billed in SBI only, to my surprise my 3rd EMI again got billed in HDFC bank. Now I have received email stating my EMI card is permanently blocked.

I request and plea for solution of problem by reversal of bounce charges, ECS activation & rectification of all records like CIBIL etc.
