I’m a resident of Sukhwani Scarlet, Keshnand road, Wagholi, Pune 412207. My Society has a common area antenna. I contacted the dealer for 1 new and 1 existing connection to be setup at my residence. The technician called and stated that he’s sending an electrician to setup the wiring. The electrician came and charged me Rs. 650, post which the Videocon technician came and started asking me to pay Connecting Charges to the distribution box + Visiting charges on top of the initial Rs.650. When I questioned that the company website states the charges and what he is asking is not justified. The technician disconnected all the connectors and the wire and walked out stating you can’t get anyother connection here and if you want this connection , you will have to pay all these charges. The tech stated that he was from Lohegaon ISP.

    I had made a complaint that there was no signal on 11th may at 6pm. Till around 12midnight the signal had not yet come. In the morning when I switched on the TV there was signal. Around 10am on 12th May the complaint was cancelled.(mobile no 7276093466 of the person I spoke to)
    Again around 5pm I get a message on my TV screen saying insufficient balance although my due date to recharge is 21st May. When I called up they informed me that Rs 200/- has been deducted from my d2h customer I’D & i have to recharge.
    My question is when no technician visited my place why was Rs. 200/- deducted.
    Kindly look into this matter.
