I had ordered for a product “Home Town Engineer Wood on 12-Oct-2015 and proposed delivery date was 09-Nov-2015. The product got delivered after delayed of 9 days on 23-Nov-2015. The installation of product time line was 2 days.
Unfortunately the same installation was done on 02-Dec-2015. After installation I had observed that product is defective product and the Engineer who was installed the product he had seen the same. Also he had taken photograph of the defective product. And I had cancelled the product immediately through Flipkart mobile App on 02-Dec-2015. I have got an auto generated E-mail that the technical team will visit and revert within 3 business day.

4 times visit has been done till date by them but they are failed to repaired the product. As per Flipkart sell policy there was 10 days refund policy but they are also denying to refund my money.
