Defective services from Dish TV and charges collected

I have been using Dish Tv since last 8 years. Since last many days my Dish Tv has not been working properly. The signals had lost after 15-20 minutes switching on the set box.
I complain about that issue. A technician comes at my home and told your adaptor is faulty, replaces the adaptor and charges Rs. 550. But problem not solved I complain again. Another technician (vxxxu) comes at my house and told your set box is faulty, if you want to get a new set box you will be charged Rs. 613.
I raise a request to get set box changed at your customer care dated on 11/04/2018. Next day another technician (I think named Pxxxxxj) comes and told that your set box is not faulty but your VC card is faulty. He replaced the card (new VC number 01527988376) and charged Rs. 500.
But problem is same. I complain same day to customer care.
Very next day technician (Vxxxxu) comes and told your set box was faulted, VC Card not needed to be changed. Set box has to be changed and it will be charged.
My points are following:
1. How many times & how much customer pay charges for same problem? If Dish TV technicians are not experienced and prefect to do work what is the fault of customer?? Why will customers pay???
2. I call to customer care daily ….how much time has been wasted and financial lose due to chargeable call. Can you understand the value of time and call charges?
3. My Dish TV is not working for last many days but my account (recharge balance) is being deducting while problem has not been solved by you.
I requested many times to your customer care to replace my set box (non chargeable) otherwise my amount should be refunded, But still there is nothing response. I NEVER SEE THE SUCH RUBBISH TYPE OF THE SERVICE.
NOW I HAVE DECIDED THAT I CAN NOT USE YOURS ALL DISH TV CONNECTIONS. AND WOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

    I have been using dishtv last 12 years ,but last 4 days my few channels not working . I had doing complaint but dishtv technical come charge,but in this my not fault.
    ( Ab ye group apne problem k liye be customer ko dukhi krta h . M iske complaint consumer Court me daluga. Garib admi pareshaan)

    My dish TV is not working from last 20 days it showing the comment (low account balance) but I have taken the connection this month 3rd (June 3rd ) I have paid Total amount for 3 months pack I have informed to the dealer and he has discussed with the customer care but there is no response this is worst service I have ever heard and seen one more time am going to inform them if they have not respond I am sure that I will go to consumer court
