Goods selling above MRP prices in rtc bus stands

Recently I travelled from Sircilla to secunderabad. During that siddipet is a stop and I purchased a bottle of which MRP is Rs. 19 but they actually charged Rs. 25 and gave me 5 rupee Chacolate for remaining 5 rupees, I asked for the reason but they told that not to see MRP rates this rates are decided by them only. They rudely behaved that if you wish you to buy or not do whatever you want and the cool drinks are very high almost Rs. 10-15 rupees above the MRP rates. As this is not only this bus stand throughout the state same. Please solve the issue
