Fake sales over telephone

I have recieve a call from mob. No.87xxxxxx0 from a company and say to purchase samsung galaxy j7 prime in just 4000 and i book a mobile. at the time of delivery i paid rs. 4000 on post office and recieve my speed post courior. at that time product was well sealed and at time of open it there was no mobile phone but the item is found in courior is belt and a vallet. i complaint the diliver address he noted my complaint but there is no responce.please see the matter. i have made a vidio on the opening the product and some photograph for evidence.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
