Flipkart refuses replacement or return

I ordered xiomi a1 mobile worth of 13216.. in flipkart on 31/01/2018.. they delivered on 2nd Feb…. Device an performance issues with over heating and battery draining issue.. I’m requested replacement on 10th on Feb as per 10 days they given some trouble shooting steps problem still not resolved. .. they rejected request automatically even with out consent … After I new request given they sended their technician they also updated wrongly..(updated hard reset done customer happy but problem is still not resolved) rejecting request without confirmation and resolutions… Same day again requested new they started rejecting day by day. . . So after I contacted flip kart they told our policy period is over we can’t create new request here flip kart make delay every thing after policy time over they refused to refund or replacement.
