On 2nd June we planned to have a lunch buffet at Bier Garten Top. Mahadevpura bangalore. The bill was around 19000. We where shocked to see 10% of services changes put in the bill. and that to on buffet. Which is upto customer to give it or not. We did not agree to give it. But the people in the hotel where rude and they forced us to give it. They started arguing and finally we paid and came. Please help us on it. Really bad the way they talked.
