GTPL not shifting broadband connection

We are using GTPL Broadband since last 3 years. Now we want to shift our connection to the new location. We have registered a complain since last 1 month (dated 6/7/18) however no action has been taken on it till date. We talked with their senior managers however did not get any solution. Every time we call on customer support no or email GTPL, they provide same answer that your request is in progress. We faced another issue in the past. That time our connection was not working for a month time. They did not even provide us any credit for it nor refund. We feel that we are being cheated by this company. They are not shifting the connection and indirectly asking additional amount to transfer it urgently. We denied to pay additional amount so still they did not shift our connection. Please help us in this matter.
