Harassment for payment with wrong bill by Idea cellular

I was using IDEA broadband connection (Prepaid) and the account no. was 0123xxxxxxx5. I had used it from May 2016 to December 2016. Initially the speed was good but soon after i started facing serious issues with the connection. I called Idea customer care so many times so many times and asked to resolve the issue but many times they closed my tickets without resolving the issue. This was happening every week and i realized that i am just wasting my money. I was frustrated and asked customer care to disconnect the connection. I have got email confirmation on 31st December 2016 that my account was terminated but these guys sent me bill for January 2017 also. Since last one year they are harassing me to pay the bill. I sent them mails and provided all the information with screen shots that my account was terminated on 31st December 2016 then how can they ask me to pay bill for January 2017. I didn’t get any response from them and they are sending me LOK NYAYLAY NOTICE (case no. LOK-B/FEB18/6355) every week. This is total fraud by such a big company. never expected. Its really frustrating and i am being harassed like anything. I would like consumer forum to look on this and take action for bad service and providing me wrong detail. i have also attached all the supportives (Email screenshots)
