I would like to lodge a complaint against JetAirways. Yesterday original boarding time was 7pm, boarding passes were provided but take off happened at 8.10 am next morning. In between, no accommodation provided, no food, staff was rude, staff were forcing us to leave the airport but we stood our ground. There was lot of mental harassment caused by Jet Airways staff to myself and my Mother In Law. I want to file mental harassment case against Jet Airways. Flight Details: 9w455 which was scheduled at 7pm on 19-09-2017 Mum-Hyd and 9w1455 which originally took off at 8.10 am on 20-09-2017.
