This is to raise complaint against Lenovo for not honouring replacement of its smartphone Lenovo K6 Power which has well documented microphone malfunction issue. I purchased the device (Tax invoice no.35414) on 7th June 2017 from Mobile Shoppe NX, Ghatkoper, Mumbai and it malfunctioned ever since I began operating. I have returned the device at store on 11th June 2017 for which I am awaiting replacement. The microphone during calls doesn’t function and callers are unable to hear my voice, supposedly which is a primary function of any phone. It is a manufacturing defect which shall be acknowledged and rectified by Lenovo and shall be eligible for replacement unconditionally. I seek concerned authorities intervention in disallowing sale of such dubious quality products in the market which is affecting us genuine buyers. Also I seek replacement of my device at the earliest.
