Liquor shop charging more than MRP

Took more price over the MRP. Value: 3502a Hello Team, I went to a liquor shop and drank liquor (Beer) they charged 70/- per bottle high more then the MRP and I took for 5 bottle and they charged more around(70*5=350) over it. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
