I have booked a ticket from my redbus account for my friend and I gave his details while booking (9xxxxx5 and Jxxxxxxxxj@gmail.com). I paid through teZ app. Money was deducted from my account and ticket was not booked. I contacted the redbus customer care , they checked and told that money was received by redbus and due to some technical issues ticket was not booked. And they asked me to book again with fresh amount. This is not acceptable. Please help !!
