Online Flipkart unfair Trade Practices

This is regarding Flipkart I have ordered product and paid online via PhonePe. Payment got accepted and that stock was there and next I received Message from your product has shipped. After few minutes I got money in my bank account from Flipkart for both products, I talked to flipkart customer care they told me it was denied by seller. Without informing me they have cancelled.
Then why they have accepted payment it happened with not only with one product 3 different, different products.
One is smartphone in flash sale
2nd is Power Bank ipro
3rd is Football

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
