Today I took a ride by UBER at Kolkata. My registered Mob no is 9xxxxxxx8. My payment method was through PAYTM. Myself & My father was going. Due to some work I had to get down in the middle of the way. But at the end of the trip driver asked for the cash payment from my father, though he informed the driver that it is supposed to pay from PAYTM. But the driver threatened him for paymeny, so as a aged person he was suppose to pay the same. Now I registered a complain to UBER, but they are saying that they are not be able to make the refund. I’m not ready to accept this. I want my refund
