I had booked the flight (3 tickets)on 25th april, 2017 in Spicejet. But as my father was not well they didn’t allow us to fly on that day and our flight was been cancelled. On 27th April our cancellation of tickets was been confirmed by makemytrip and they have said that within 15 days they will refund the amount I.e Rs 17,295. Several mails I have received after cancellation from them that refund process has been completed, but nothing has been received. Then I even made a call to them regarding this matter, then they have asked me to share the bank statement from 27th april to till date and 1st page of the passbook. On 19th may I have even send these documents also. But till now nothing has happened. 15days went and now it will be a month still no action has been taken. Am really fed up of ringing to them every day and sending mails. They always say that they will try,but they do nothing. So I have mailed here with lots of hope that you all will solve my problem and refund my amount. As am in urgent need of money,as my father has expired on 4th of this month. I hope that you all can feel my feelings and Please help me as soon as possible.
