Refund not received from Shopclues for cancelled order

I searched for 4 tb external hard disk in google but after booking only i found that it was only one TB Hard Disk. And shopclues people are making bluff. And i did my booking on 30 June 2017 but the next moment only i cancelled by knowing that it was 1 TB hard desk. So i cancelled on 30 June 2017. But I also raised complaint for refund but my amount still i did not received. So Please do help me.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
