Regarding compensation from Jetairways for damaged baggage

My nightmare flight was 9W17/10 Oct. I got my suitcase demaged with all my important branded gifts inside it, all bills, also all my important private things. At the time I arrived one of Jetairways officer told me not to worry about it & they will also give compensation in the next 3 days. Even the Officer wrote all my missing branded gifts. But untill now it’s just a big LIE. It’s been 21 days not 3 days. They replace my bag not the same branded. Mine was POLO but It’s Safari. No compensation untill now. I just want Jetairways keep their word.
