i had booked my flight from ranchi to chennai via kolkata n again from chennai to madurai in indigo airlines for 13th aug’17.they cancelled my flyt plan from ranchi to chennai n rebooked me on different flights..due to which i m not able to reach chennai on time for my next flight.when i asked them to cancel my chennai to madurai flight,they said that they will only refund 1500 out of 10000 which i spend. even when coz of them i will have to cancel my flight.n again i have to book either train or bus because there is no flight after that.coz of them i am suffering a double loss n they are not even ready to refund me atleast half!!!!!!
