I am using a vodafone number 98xxxxxxx0 from more than two years, but now vodafone has started overcharging in the bills.
I have changed my billing plan to 699- which they said will give me unlimited data, unlimited calling in roaming as well, unlimited SMS etc., but when the bill came it was 4000+ where I was charged for roaming as well as data, I raised the ticket, visited their shop, but the matter has not been resolved yet. Also its carried forwarded in the next billing cycle too. WHich has created huge inconvinience for me, also they have barred my outgoing calls whithout resolving the ticket. I would request you to take strick action against vodafone india.
