Regarding wrong billing by Vodafone

When I received the SMS for my bill on 12/08/16, I was surprised to see that an amount of Rs 1599/= against data pack was included in the bill. When I called up the customer care for the details, i was told that a data pack has been activated on 09/08/16. Whereas, i have not given any of such request for activation of this pack. Since, 11/08/16 is my billing cycle, therefore, same amount of Rs. 1599/= has been again charged in my bill.
