Charging more than MRP. Value: Rs 50.00. A grocery store named MLA Store in Gole Market, Mahanagar, Lucknow, is charging Rs 10 over the MRP on every 1 kg pouch of Mother Dairy Curd on account of transportation and refrigeration charge. Moreover, he is not providing bill for the same.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
