Soap bars received in place of Redmi Note 4 from Flipkart

I ordered a redmi note 4 4gb variant from Flipkart on 9th of august 2017 and received the same in the evening after unboxing the product i found soap bars instead of the product i complained regarding the same and was told my issue will be solved within 12 days i.e 21 st of august and i haven’t received any call from the concerned authority everytime i call them the escalation team says we are on it.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
