Dear sir, I had purchased a mobile Moto G5 from Amazon on 5th April 2017 on a offer send to my mail id from HDFC that “A smartphone that offers an exceptional performance! Get Rs.1000 CashBack* on new Moto G5 on Amazon
with your HDFC Bank Credit Card ”
But still cash back has not been posted to my account. Where as HDFC is claiming that “Basis your information, we reviewed your card account and take this opportunity to confirm that for eligible transactions, the cash back has already been posted. In the event of non receipt of cash back, we regret that card account is not eligible for said cash back offer”. So please guide me and help me out.
