I have multiple orders outstanding and and my account has been blocked without prior notice. Now a lot of money is stuck with Ajio – 15,000 rs. It’s a huge problem for me. Ajio had blocked my account and I cannot see my current orders or raise complaints. Customer care doesn’t unblock my account.
They recently delivered a high value jacket amounting to Rs. 11,899 (Ajio Luxe)and after that they just blocked my account. That order was delivered to me without any tags and I made a complaint regarding the same as they delivered to me a used product. I made the complaint as soon as I received the order and now I’m stuck with an expensive product which has no tags
I also have 3 orders pending for which I had prepaid. With no status. I have no clue what to do and I am stuck
