I bought a washing machine of Whirlpool from Aditya Vision in Chapra Bihar on 28.08.2021 with a two year warranty cover. My washing machine stopped working on 19.09.2022. I registered a telephonic complaint on the customer care number of Whirlpool on the same day. A service engineer visited my address on 20.09.2022 who after checking the washine said a few parts of the washing machine needs to be replaced to repair the washing machine. He said it may take 7-10 days to replace the parts. i enquired about the same from the service provider on 30.09.2022 when he said it may take another 3-4 days for the parts to arrive at his service center. I enquired again on 10.10.2022 when he said the part will arrive after 1 week. I registered a complaint again of the delay in repairing my washing machine with the customer care on 10.10.2022 to which i was responded that my complain has been highly prioritized for resolving. Now as on 31.10.2022 my washing machine yet has not been repaired or replaced. I have faced financial loss during the long period of delay in service of my washing machine as i had to hire human resource for washing my clothes. Also i have been facing mental harassment due to the delay in service. I will like to have the above financial loss compensated in addition to repair of my washing machine. Further if the washing machine is not repaired within 1-2 days i will like it to be replaced with a new one.
